Walsh Bishop is engaged to assist Toro in creating a campus headquarters facility to meet their needs well into the future. Initiated by a Walsh Bishop executed master plan, the project will move Toro from a building appoach to a campus that features beautiful landscaping and green space, sustainable design and green roof technology, green parking areas with permeable parking surfaces, and a maximization of daylighting and views. Designed to meet Toro’s growing need for space, Phase I of the master plan provides a new 100,000 square foot addition to expand offices, product development/testing laboratories, and warehouse space.

The plan also calls for remodeling 200,000 square feet of existing space and a 650-car tri-level parking ramp. Walsh Bishop originally provided programming and design services that converted Toro’s current facility from a manufacturing plant into the company’s corporate headquarters.
