The Ivy Hotel + Residence is an ambitious mixed-use development that was completed in early 2008. This 25-story project wraps around an original 1930s neo-Gothic building located on a site less than half an acre. In addition to spectacular views, guests of the 136 Starwood luxury hotel rooms and 92 luxury condominium residences share concierge services ranging from valet parking to housekeeping. A glass-walled atrium foyer introduces guests to the fine dining restaurant, fitness club, day spa, and business/conference center.
