Working with a difficult 80-foot-high bluff rather than altering it, Walsh Bishop designers captured the unique character of this challenging site, taking full advantage of the surrounding area. Six residential levels stair-step up the steep site, winding through an old growth oak forest. Standing alongside an existing conservation easement, the site is one of the highest elevations in the area, offering spectacular views of the surrounding trees and city. Each of six building sections offers a unique view.
