This project is the first of nine hotels on the 2,500-acre destination resort site. Luxury guestrooms, time-share units, individual residences, three restaurants, a ballroom, and a health spa contribute to guest comfort. Located at the tip of the Papagayo Peninsula, the hotel boasts spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, facing two bays with a total of 5,250 feet of beach on both sides. In keeping with the project’s focus on environmental preservation and sustainability, Walsh Bishop incorporated the use of ecologically sustainable materials in design and construction. All facilities blend with the natural ecology of the peninsula.
