This 1927 four-story building and 135-foot tower was home to the Cream of Wheat company until 2002. Rehabilitated by Walsh Bishop, the site preserves and enhances an important historic structure while creating a sustainable urban environment. With its unique character embraced and retained, the site now includes 124 condominiums, common areas, offices, and a gallery dedicated to telling the story of the site and its history.
