We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Interior Designer for our team. This position is responsible for design and design support for tenant improvement projects for a large national corporate client. Requires in-depth technical knowledge, and a desire to work on site in a key role within a growing company. Must possess strong space planning, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects, problem solve and multi-task. Candidates must be able to work closely with the client in maintaining and managing project quality, corporate standards, and work within the framework of a defined project process. Occasional travel may be required.
Qualified candidates are required to have a BS/BA in Interior Design or Facility Management, and have a minimum of 5 years of corporate facilities design experience. Membership or interest in participation in professional organizations is desirable.
Technical Requirements:
Autocad
Knowledge of BOMA Standards
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Project
Other Desirable Technical Knowledge:
FM Systems, including the move module, experience is a plus
